Shipping/ Local Delivery FAQs

HOW WE SHIP:

On the "cart" page, you can choose your "ship out" date using our Shipping/Local delivery calendar. This is the date you would like your package to ship out on (not the arrival date). Due to external factors once the package leaves our facility, we can not guarantee the delivery date of a shipped package, but we can guarantee your package will be shipped out on the selected date, shipped USPS Priority Mail and tracking info will be provided. 

We use USPS Priority Mail for all our shipments. Orders will be processed within 1-2 business days. We only ship out our cookies MONDAY, TUESDAY, & WEDNESDAY. We do this to ensure your cookies arrive the same week that they are baked and don't sit in a non climate controlled USPS sorting facility. 

Please allow extra processing time during the busy holiday seasons. We can not guarantee USPS delivery dates.

We use USPS and always ship PRIORITY MAIL, so your package should arrive anywhere in the United States within 3 days.

We do our best to package your cookie tin with plenty of packing materials to minimize damage to the cookies. Remember these cookies are fresh and made with no preservatives.

SHIPPING TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES: If you wish to order multiple cookie tins to be shipped to multiple addresses (i.e. as gifts), then each shipment must be put in as its own individual transaction. Sorry for this inconvenience, we are working on a remedy.

LOCAL DELIVERY is now FREE (while the promotion is active, so act quickly). Local delivery to the following towns is available: Beacon, Wappingers Falls, Poughkeepsie, Pleasant Valley, Fishkill, Hopewell Junction, Lagrangeville, Beekman, Stormville, Poughquag
